Returns and Exchanges

There will be a %15 restocking fee for all items returned excluding defective merchandise and DreamSequence order errors.

All returns/exchanges should be shipped to the following address accompanied with your order number and brief explanation of the return/exchange.

Clothing Items

We will not accept returns or exchanges on clothing that has washed or worn. If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered and you would like to exchange it for a different size or another item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back us and you will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship your item.

If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. Please send the item along with a copy of the invoice. Please note on the invoice that you received the wrong item and which item you were supposed to receive. Also note that we need to credit you for the shipping since it was our mistake and not yours. Please return via Priority Mail as you will only be reimbursed for the cost of these shipping options.

Music Items

All music items (CDs and vinyl) can only be returned if unopened or defective (the CD/vinyl is received damaged or does not play).

If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any further shipping costs as long as you are sending it back Priority Mail.

Shipping

All items are shipped from our Rancho Cucamonga, CA warehouse. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excludes holidays. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Once your order has been made and payment cleared, we will package and ship your purchase(s) within 1 to 3 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING.
We ship items via Priority Mail which takes from 2-3 days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
We ship items via Priority Mail. The cost of shipping depends on the location and the weight of the package. Prices differ depending on the country that you live in.
